They were very professional and communitcated well in every phase of the project. Timing as scheduled was good with a call to notify of a delay. Choice of material was good. Finished product is exactly what we expected. My Brazilian Cherry hand rails are very nice. I will be calling them again :)

Project: Remodel a Basement
Mike and his dad did a fantastic job of finishing my 600 sf basement last month. They showed up on time on promised dates. They are skilled and they worked fast. Mike communicated effectively by email/phone. He evaluated all my suggestions. Worked very patiently with the overzealous town inspector. Very corteous and professional onsite. Cleaned up well at the end of each day. Came back to touch up even after being paid in full. Minor issues: Plastering subs dumped waste in backyard and I think baseboard trims should have been done after flooring. Bottomline: Honest, skilled, reliable and professional. Will hire again? Absolutely.

He is a very honest contractor. He pulled the permits, worked with the City of Worcester, addressed problems like a pro on my behalf. I would absolutely use Burroughs Construction again.
