My backyard was destroyed by their equipment I found his crew loading up 5 yards of Topsoil without my permission. Mike refused to compensate me fairly Mike was anxious for me to leave the check for final payment in full. He failed to mention the patio was 68 square feet less than contractually agreed to. Mike offered a reduced final payment which was not in line with the actual square footage. He threatened to send the account to collections for more than 3 times the amount he was willing to accept as final payment Verbal agreements are honored with threats. Math and ethics aren't his strong suit so get EVERYTHING in writing.

Although the work was completed in a timely manner, our front cement walk is stained and dirty looking from the black tarp covering and our paverstone patio is misaligned. Mike knows about these problems and verbally agreed to come back at a less busy time for him to correct them, but he hasn't returned my calls, or emails. I can only assume that I'm being avoided and the warranties and guarantees are useless.

Mike was very easy to work with. The paver installation job was done on-time, as described, and with no surprises. Mike was responsive to issues or concerns I raised along the way and made sure I was satisfied with the work.
