Michael is a true professional who values his customer and takes pride in his work. He was on-time for the estimate appointment and on-time when it came time to do the work. He was very courteous, and his work was beautiful. His price was very reasonable as well. I am sometimes doubtful of the low-bidder, but Miichael impressed me so much that I chose him to do the work. I'm very happy I did. I highly recommend this contractor.

Mr Brown did a great job! My carpet should last several more years. He was the second person I had give me a bid. Not only was he willing to work right away but his price was much better. The other company I had wanted to replace all my carpet, saying it could not be stretched. Boy, am I glad I went on line and found your site and you directed Mr. Brown my way. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Michael has raised the bar on my expectations of customer service. Not only was he very affordable, he did an extremely good job and was super on customer service. He returned my initial phone call expediantly, showed up the same day, and completed the job (carpet repair and stretching) in a very timely manner. He showed me the proper way of carpet installation and pointed out where my original carpet installers did short-cuts which caused my carpet to need stretching. Would highly recommend him.

as soon as the request was made for repair, he called us up immediately about the problem and scheduled an appointment right away. He came out and explained in detail why i had this issue and fixed the problem in a timely manner.
