Project: Build an Addition
After completing a rough design for a foyer expansion/porch on my raised ranch home using Google SketchUp, I used ServiceMagic.com to obtain quotes from local contractors. MiChar Construction’s was quite reasonable and fit my schedule. Their contract agreement was clear, and they took the initiative to correct and enhance my design proposal. They were flexible to accommodate changes, and their advice was greatly appreciated. They worked cleanly, quietly and effectively, and completed the job on schedule. Their final itemized invoice included no unexpected costs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A professional- does good work in a timely fashion for a fair price. Good communicator and I felt comfortable with him working in my home when I was away.
