Overall they were great and fixed all of our problems, but they did arrive 40 minutes late.

Quick service. They called me within 5 minutes of contacting service magic, came to my house quickly, assessed the problem and within one day my garage was fixed. They provided me with choices and didn't insist on the most expensive fix. I would most certainly recommend them.

Tech arrived on time and diagnosed problem immediately. Was able to repair door with parts brought along in van. Within 20 minutes the door was working again. Very impressed, and will likely hire this company later in the year when the door is replaced.
