Thought we had a leak somewhere due to low water pressure. Rep. found the problem (not turned on properly) got everything working well, swapped around some heads for me and then only charged a turn-on fee - which was reasonable.

Dave did the work in a very professional manner. He was friendly and very helpful. Dave did not have all the heads that he needed but plans on coming back soon to finish the job. All products used were top of the line Rain Bird products.This system actually cost the company money to install.. We have also returned to Dwaynes house for adjustments (that were not needed)4 or 5 times in the past month..Clearly you cant please everyone but in this case customer has unrealistic expectations...After several years of reliable operation the quality will speak for itself..
