I called him for an appraisal on a new house I was buying. He informed me that in my situation, the lending bank would most likely have already gotten an appraisal, and that I could request it. Hew was right, and saved me the time and money of having to do it again. It's that kind of integrity that guarantees that I'll use him in the future when I do need an appraisal.
