the salesman was friendly and informative, the price was fair, the actual "maid" doing the work called prior to ask if there was anything specific I wanted them to focus on, she spoke English and they did a thorough job.

Very thorough cleaning, only had one small issue, and it wasn't a huge deal. We had frosted the shower doors, and Merry Maids' cleaning solution took the frosting off of the doors. They are paying for us to re-frost the doors.

This was not a satisfactory job. The Manager had to come out and complete the job promised at hiring. The two girls sent out did not know how to deep clean or surface clean. They used poor equipment and dirty dusters. They did not use water to clean They were not satisfactory and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The cleaning job was barely adequate overall. The bathrooms were excellent, the hardwood floors were marginal. Kitchen cabinets were not wiped down as promised. I thought for the price I would get a better job.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
We hired Merry Maids to do a move-in apartment cleaning. We specifically asked for dusting of all surfaces, oven/refrigerator cleaning, and all the other basics. I had to ask the cleaner to re-do several surfaces, as they had not been dusted or wiped down at all. He ignored the oven's broiler drawer as well as the range hood; he missed the shelves in the freezer drawer, and he did not wipe down the mini blinds as we requested. He claimed that he had already done them all, but as I slid my finger across those surfaces, my hand got dusty. I could SEE that work had not been done.

I am disapointed how my merry maid does not do all that I was told would be done. Everything that is required for her to do each week is either half done or not done at all. This is my second service in which I did espress my disapointment with merry maid when I interview her. I am paying much more for mery maid but getting the same half done service. I would like to continue this service because I need the help, but I am disapointed. Why should I have to call every other week to tell the manager what was missed AGAIN. I am stumped on what to do next, but can't see paying these fees when I am not getting the service that was promised.
