Had sounds coming from inside walls. Got a bid from one company that was very expensive and recommended a bunch of exclusion programs that turned out to be not needed. They claimed we had bats, mice, and flying squirrels. Contacted MVWC through Service Magic for 2nd opinion. Turned out no evidence of bats, mice could be trapped out, and flying squirrels were culprit of sounds in walls. House is sealed and critters are gone! Thorough and honest assessment from MVWC saved us having to pay substantially for unnecessary work with the other company. Wish I knew to call MVWC first to save the $100 trip fee the other company charged.

Paul did a super job, I'm so pleased with his services. My tenant had a bat in the apartment. It was important to 1) remove the bat in a timely manner, & 2) make sure that the house was sealed so that no more bats could enter the home. Paul came within two hours of my call (on a Sunday). Within two days he came back to seal any possible entry locations, and also took the time to talk with my tenants who were quite disturbed by the bat. He was very kind & professional. He even guaranteed his work, and will come back if needed (free of charge). 3 months later - no bats! I would definitely recommend his services, and have done so already.

He came, he set up 2 traps with popcorn. and he left. Both traps are sprung,popcorn gone, no skunk. 235.00 out the window. I was under the impression he had some way to actually catch the skunk/skunks. I could have bought a trap for less then 235.00.and just left them out there myself.

$235.00 is the set up fee and to trap for seven days. Skunks can move on or get killed by cars and other animals. This is the first thing that is always said to a new customer. Kerry does not understand that if there are no skunks you can not trap them, I trapped there for over three weeks and she is still under warranty. If the skunks come back I will come back for free and set traps again, she was told all details from the start and they are on the receipt. When I picked up the traps I told her to just call if they come back. Very VERY UNFAIR REVIEW!

Paul was very professional and knowleable on the subject of local wildlife. He also quoted the best price of several quotes that I received. I felt very comfortable taking his advice on which one of two options to choose to rid us of a problem critter. So far so good. I would use Merrimack Valley Wildlife Control again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I was extremely pleased with the professional service provided. It was thorough, Paul explained any questions I had and I am very glad to say that the mice are gone.

Paul Estey did a wonderful job, he got rid of our flying squirrels and they haven't come back. Would recommend him highly.
