I am not happy, it stated free estimate; however, I had to pay $94.00 just for them to come out.  I could have gotten a free estimate from others, plus they turned off my gas.  It seems they were more interested in me purchasing a new heating/cooling unit then repairing the one I have.  I have not yet made up my mind if I will use them in the future.  He did seem well knowledged, but now I can't afford to go and buy electric heaters for my home until my next payday :(  :(  If I reccommend I will have to tell people to expect to pay for the estimate.

I only wanted an inspection and suggestions on ways to cut my heating costs.  He was very thorough, and checked my heater, and answered my questions.  He even replaced the batteries on my thermostat.  He let me know the pros and cons of the heating units I had, and I felt very good about his advice.
