Every phase of our 5 foot kitchen addition had problems that was caught & redone more than once. From foundation, framing, insulation, wiring, installed canned lights 3 times, drywall, subfloors, roof, etc. Lincoln inspectors weree asking us if we were the ones doing the job throughout this process. The contractors weren't here supervising or instructing the poor work for 124 weeks, which was 2 weeks past the contract deadline & 6 weeks past what they vervbally agreed they could get it done by. Workers worked 2x week for the first 3 months for a period of 6 hours per day. Subcontractors said lack of quality comes from lack of pay,crazy

This homeowner placed dozens of change orders onto this project of a 70 year old home. Unfortunately, this job centered around a daycare and a divorce which required working around a very difficult schedule. Nonetheless, we were able to come in on this project on time and at the budget requested with all city inspections passed successfully.

I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship, as well as, the timely manner in which the job was completed.

We are very puzzled. Here is how the series of events occurred: 1. 02/15/2011: Adam made a couple of changes before signing a contract with us. 2. 02/28/2011: We commenced the drywall job per Adam’s request. 3. 03/09/2011: We completed the job. Adam commented on how well the job went and how efficient we performed the job. 4. 03/10/2011: I met with Adam to go over the entire drywall job, inch by inch to see if there were any issues. No issues were seen or mentioned. 5. 04/21/2011: Complaint filed 6 wks after completion. He mentioned he wanted $500.00 to change review without mentioning any real issues.
