Was on time both occasions and did what he said. I felt comfortable with his work although what he actually did seemed a tad high for the amount of time involved. He did what the others only promised.

Mr. John Hardy was very professional and gave us great customer service. He was very helpful in dealing with our insurance company to make sure we were given a fair claim amount to cover costs of our roof replacement. a little expensive becuase it was so small a project and everyone has a min. charge, but Melton Systems came off it some but they were great service.

This was the worst roofing job I have ever seen. It looks like a few amateurs just went up and slapped some shingles on. A terrible job

Best thing about John Hardy is he is willing to help coordinate all the subcontractors to complete the repair. Other roofers tell me they will only repair the roof.
