requested payment before job was complete , never replaced eyeball jets that was part of the original contract , has not returned phone calls, they did a great job , just dropped the ball on fullfilling contract!

the service provided by Turtle Pools was excellent, from start to finish, completed work as stated, workers neat and efficent, taking care to explain how things would progress and also afterward care with the chemical completion of a newly filled pool. Project: Build or Install a Concrete Swimming Pool
The Turtle Pool representative in Marion County was Eric Braden. All aspects of construction and installation resulted in a quality pool with excellent equipment. However, Mr. Braden forgot to include and follow through with basic requested requirements and was unfamiliar with the Pentair equipment he was installing. He also ran into difficulty treating the pool by adding excessive chemicals (chlorine and stabilizer) to the pool and failed to warn us not to swim and later offered he knew nothing about chemicals. If using Turtle Pool and Spa in Marion County, would insure every requirement is specifically outlined in your contract.

I had the opportunity to work with Eric Braden. I have worked as an office manager for 25 years and only wish that my employees had half the customer service skills that Eric possesses. Eric was always just a phone call away if we needed him for anything at all. Each and every day he called to check in to see if we had any questions. He promised the job would be done to our expectations and it was. He never hesitated to go above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Turtle Pools without reservation.

I cannot praise (or thank) Eric and his crew enough. Every step, from start to finish, exceeded my expectations. Everyone was polite and professional and did a fantastic job of renovating my pool at a price that fit my budget. All along the way, Eric took the time to thoroughly explain the process and find the exact materials I requested, and he kept in close communication throughout the project. Everyone involved in the work left the property as they found it, with no trash or mess for me to handle. What a delight! There simply wasn't a single drawback in working with these folks, and best of all, the pool looks absolutely beautiful!

I hired Turtle Pool & Spa to renovate my pool. My contact with Turtle was Jason Sanchez. Jason was very professional, kept me informed of the whole process, and when he said what was to be done and when it would be done, it was done. The quality of work was excellent and the outcome was to my satisfaction. I would recomend Turtle Pool and Spa to anyone. j
