These guys were awesome - so respectful and professional - They got in did the job and cleaned up everything....Quick easy and very nice

little overhead for company, allowed to pass on savings to customer, they know there stuff. Fixed faulty T-stat and already replaced a relay that was struck by lightning.

Honest... and that's a lot!

Melo Air is one of the best companies I had to work with in many years. I will hire them again in the future when needed. They not only came to give me an estimate but set my heater to run on emergency heat that I wasn't aware of. I wasn't left in the cold. Thanks again Melo Air.

been a month and numerous attempt but unit still not opperating properly. a factory rep is suppose to come on 8/2. i am contemplating a claim in small claims court

We gave the customer a good price and raised the a/c package unit a 1/2 ton but we found that the ducts leak underneath the customer mobilhome a problem prior to our work. From a bathroom remodel.The customer did not let us know about the problem he had with his ductwork.The customer just hired us for an equipment change out.But we are still doing everything we can to help the customer and make things right.

I had Melo Air replace all of the flex-duct for my heating/cooling system because it had previously been visited by squirrels or mice. I received four bids on this job and Melo Air was very competitive and seemed very professional during the bid. They finally completed all the work and made sure I was ultimately satisfied with the job, but the one ding I had against them was their lack of timeliness to the job - I waited for a good hour and a half before I had to call them to remind them they had a Saturday appointment. They showed-up two hours later.

Very responsive and professional. Conduct business with a long-term attitude toward customer service - they will care for my A/C unit for the foreseeable future.

Had unit installed in June of 2009 and took six trips out to fix ac and heat to work correctly. Very poor in returning phone calls. Most of the trips were due to installing to fast and not checking unit to work correctly.

It was a very good experience. They knew what to do and did it very well.

Gus replied to my request almost immediately. He and Tony showed up exactly when they said they would. They gave me an honest evaluation of our AC problem, gave us a temporary fix and an excellent (LOW) quote on a new system. They were totally professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
