Project: Remodel a Basement
The project went so smoothly thanks to the hard work and professional team doing the basement remodel. Our project manager kept us informed, work crews were always on time, never a minute wasted. We are very happy with the end result and will tell all our friends about this company. First rate , I wish I could give them 10 stars. They do beautiful work, much attention to detail.

We had Melco remolding do our bathroom and it turned out beautiful! They were always on time and great to work with. They did quality work. We would recommend them to anyone of our friends. Thanks Slav for the great work.

Project: Build an Addition
Slav was the first to respond to our request for a contracter, came out the same day and had an estimate to us in a just a few days. The other contracters took up to 2 weeks to get back to us. That response continued throughout the project The quality of the work was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this contracter.

As noted in the rating, we were completely satisfied with both the customer experience and the finished product provided by Slav and the Melco Remodeling team. For starters (and through the ServiceMagic process), Slav offered the most professional and competitive bid at the outset of the project. Once we moved forward with Slav, it was amazing to watch the project plan execute both within budget as well as 'on time' (in fact, exceeded expectations relative to project completion time, 1 week early). The finished product and quality of the workmanship was absolutely fantastic. Highly Recommend... A+++++

Project: Remodel a Basement
Slav was very easy to work with and responded with any concerns immediately. The work was finished 2 weeks earlier then estimated. The quality of the work was superb but the one reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because I had a support beam put in and the subcontractor didn't make it completely flush with the ceiling in certain spots when doing the mudding - but is still looks fine. I was very happy with this service and will call them back again for more work next year.

Project: Remodel a Basement
we can't tell you how pleased we were with our renovation. Slav is a very capable professional who really takes time to listen to what you need and can provide creative solutions to meet your budget. He provided a design for our basement that was well within our budget and a fraction of the time other contractors said it would take. In fact, he finished the project in 2 weeks (2 weeks early). We ended up using him for 2 other projects (carpeting and repairing our subfloor and a bathroom remodel), all finished within a week and a half. My only reservation was the amount of dust that was left over after the remodel but that is just being picky.

The work was professionally done and my family is happy with the product. There were a few times of miscommunication but then whenever clarification was made it was accepted. the job was completed earlier than expected and the cost did not stray far from the estimate. Good job done well
