We interviewed a few architects before choosing Medley Creations to hire. Kenny was very friendly and showed an enthusiasm for his job that my wife and I could see very early in our conversations. The communication was always excellent and all our deadlines were met with ease. Kenny and Nick put a lot of extra work/research into specific building designs we decided to go with. Nick spent a lot of time studying the style of house that we were looking for to make the style match examples that we provided and Kenny learned a lot about ICF construction techniques. Medley Creations came in at approx 1/2 price of others that we interviewed.

Kenny is easy to work with and full of great architectural ideas. His knowledge on construction and tying in an existing building to new construction was truly a comfort. We asked a friend who is the chief estimator for a large Indianapolis construction management firm to look over our plans and he said Kenny's plans were well done and so detailed he could send them out to bid as is. We are very pleased and highly recommend him!

This was my first experience with using a referral from Servicemagic and I am very pleased. I received a reply and call from Medley Creations, Inc. within 24 hours of the referral. MCI met with me at my rental property within the next 48 hours. They were professional, prompt and provided an excellent design in support of my structural permit application. I would use MCI and Servicemagic again and would recommend both to others. Thanks!

These comments are about Kenny Johnson of medley creations. Kenny is probablly the best service person we have ever worked with. He is always punctual & courteous. His listening skills as to what we want in a home are excellent. He makes great suggestions regarding our design ideas and has been through in researching what we think we want or what he is suggesting for us. Our process is probablly only 1/2 way finished and we are very please.

Fantastic experience! Not only was Kenny willing to work around my schedule, he was prompt, courteous and provided great advice. This was my first home remodel project so I needed guidance. Kenny took the time to walk me through the remodeling process. He facilitated meetings with my contractor to set expectations which ensured a positive outcome and that the project was completed within a set timeline and budget. Even though my project was a small one – utilizing an architect, Kenny, was a great decision!

We have been very satisfied working with Medley Creations. The plans that Mr. Johnson prepared for us were very detailed, he called to suggest possible options, giving us some very good ideas. I have already given his name to others. He is very careful and his plans were beautiful.! YES, I would recommend him.
