Santos and his crew from Medina Construction did a really great job. They turned up exactly on time, removed all the old wood facing on the roof line and installed new hardie board facing. They also replaced my side window sofits and facing boards with new hardie board and repainted the whole window. They even change the under side sofits and studs as required. Repainted all the new fittings and and it looks like new. It is great to get this kind of high quality, good value work done. I would recommend them very highly and will definitely call on them again for other projects.

Had good project inspection with Mr Medina,rain slowed the start a few days but was in and out and did a good job at a fair price.Gonna get a few more projects done in the future

Did exactly what they said they would do, however, I still have a leak and another leak has started inside the fireplace. Will call back and give them a chance to fix it.

Santos Medina called me almost immediately following my request online for a carpentry pro. He set a time and was prompt in arriving at my home. He did a WONDERFUL job and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a carpenter. He did quality work and was careful to do everything I asked. He made excellent suggestions and completed the job to my full and complete satisfaction.

He was very professional did the job beyond my expectation. Every thing he did for me was done so perfect(I tell you I am very hard to impress or please)When he finished my yard and as it was when he started all the old wood from the house was cleaned up. I will definitely use him again for all my project within his field. Price was very reasonable.
