Project: Install Home Theater Surround Sound System
This was a very diffucult install and the 360 technician did an excellent job overcoming all obstacles. He started to work as soon as he arrived at my home and did not stop until the Home theater installation was complete. He even stay to set my televison screen to include the speakers sound. He was very patient and very precise, He was a true profesional at all times. I will for sure use 360 Media Innovation in the near future. judela1@hotmail.com

He did a great job hooking up and explaining my new home theater reciever as well as changing our set up to HDMI. Worked fast and efficiently but I thought his fee was a little steep on the HDMI wires I needed.

Chima is very knowledgeable and professional. I had some issues with the equipment after he left and he came over without any hassles and helped me out. He's always been available on the phone for follow up questions as well. I've never enjoyed TV as much until after his setup. it looks and sounds incredible.

When Installation day came it took them well over 6 hours to get a lcd 60 inch tv hanging on wall/ fish electrical wire in wall and all video connectors + hang 4 speakers up on corners of room. After install was finished, I found that they ripped my component connectors off of my brand new tv. Story made short 1 month + later My TV was "repaired" and no compensation for my troubles. Poor experience -- do not chose these people.
