They did a great job and came out on short notice when another carpet cleaning service canceled on me at the last minute. They did charge more what I had been quoted from other carpet cleaners, but they did a great job cleaning the carpets, so I have no complaints.

Ryan cleaned my grandson's carpet after all the furniture was removed from his rental house and did a superb job...he was right on time and spot cleaned all necessary areas. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Ryan was very professional and punctual. He cleaned both my carpets, sofa and oversize chairs. He thoroughly cleaned all the pillow and my sofa and chairs has a lot. He did an awesome job for a reasonable price...A+++ Ryan.

Extremely Professional. Punctual, knowledgeable and honest. I've used him again since this project and would have done so a third time if I scheduled prior to his Christmas Vacation. Occasionally has specials that fit any budget. We have used 4 carpet companies in the past 2 years and McSteamy's is the best!

Very polite and willing to work hard to please, though I have to say I was only somewhat satisfied with results. Showed up late. Did not put protectors under furniture. Machine didn't seem to get to edges of carpet at floor molding...I just tried using crevice tool at edges and got out dust/dirt with regular vacuum, which improved results. Carpet is still wet, 8 hrs. after job completed.
