It has been a some time ago since our work was done and I never rated this company. Didn't want any problems with them by posting a complaint here. However, there was something important that was not done. I would not use this company again.

Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
Crew arrived early and worked late. My property had large quantity of roots for them to try to run piping through and involved a bit more trenching than typical install. They worked carefully, only digging up where they had to in effort to maintain existing lawn. I did initial walk through to place sprinklers heads and we walked through again at end, making any adjustments to sprinkler patterns as needed. Team were all professional and knowledgeable. Great job.

The McLean Irrigation tries to get a customer to commit to their business on the day it comes for free estimate and requests for half of the cost as a preparyment from a customer; however, it does not give receipt for it. The water turn off-and-on main box was set right in the middle of the front lawn close to the water main and not in the basement as I thought it would be. In addition, one of the rotating sprinkler heads was put in so that it shoots water at the mail box post most of the duration of its rotation.

They were on schedule and prompt and gave great instructions and did a great job cleaning up. The package was well presented to me and the man that presented was very professional. All this included a good warranty.
