Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Mike was prompt in giving an estimate. He explained what would be done to repair my roof. He was familiar with the manufacturer of the tile; the style and color. He fit my repair in so that all would be finished before the predicted rain began. His crew arrived on time, did the repairs and cleaned up upon completion. All questions I had were graciously answered. I do highly recommend McKay Roofing.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Mike did the initial inspection for the job, However, he sent someone else to perform the work. The finished job was esthetically not pleasing (sloppy) in appearance and needed to be re-done. Mike did not return to inspect our concerns, nor did he return to confirm the work had been completed to our satisfaction. Our only other contact with Mike after the initial and secondary job quote was to confirm we had sent a check for work completed. Based on the lack of one on one contact to confirm satisfaction with work performed, I probably would not use again. We had concerns that the previous comments may have been entered by the contractor

They came in , inspected the roof and found 2 areas not found by others. They did the original job was as well as 2 or 3 other trouble areas. Cost was about the same as other bids we had received. Great service.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Mike from McKays Roofing( Owner) came by and gave me an estimate to fix a leak on a concrete tile roof. Hw looked the whole roof over and suggested I fix some additional areas to prevent problems down the road. The price was reasonable to what others were charging, but Mike seemed to really know what he was talking about. His brother ( 20+) years of experience came by to actually do the work by himself to make sure it was done right....no untrained labor crew. Good Job.
