Kevin responded immediately and was at my home in a matter of 2-3 hours! He quickly assessed the problem and had the RO unit replaced in very short order. He was the only person who seemed to know anything about the RO unit and took care of everything. He is also on a return visit to my home to address some other plumbing projects. Highly recommend him.
