Project: Build a Garage
Jim was really nice and gave us a very good price. We had several problems along the way, and it failed every inspection. We had to have the concrete smoothed twice and it still is uneven and does not look good. Electrical failed twice, garage doors failed twice. They left a lot of garbage in our yard the whole time. They drywalled over the ceiling when we had specific conversations stating we did not want that done. Very, very poor communication because he doesn't take notes. However, now that it's done, it was such a good value that it was worth the hassle. If you don't mind some hassles along the way, you will get a good end product

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Jim McMahon was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job on our project and he is a nice person who is easy to work with. Within a few hours of submitting our request for someone to remove an old existing deck and to build a new deck in its place, Mr. McMahon contacted us. He came over an hour later and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the project. He was available to start two days later. Mr. McMahan and his team worked extremely quick and efficient and they had the deck completed on time as promised. The quality and design of the deck is outstanding, and we are very pleased with the results.

Project: Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
He was the best, on top of the work. He was wonderful on time and did excellent work. He gave a reasonable price. He also did my deck around the pool, he has that photo in his advertisement. He is just excellent, I will have him back to do another deck.
