Greg responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and provided a thorough description of the work that needed to be done. He graciously answered my numerous questions in great detail. I felt very comfortable with his expertise, professionalism, responsivieness, and timeliness. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars across the board is becauseI thought the price of the job was a just a little high but he more than made up for it with the excellent work he did. I would definitely use him again would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

i had a drain pipe leaking from a bathroom faucet. this was my first time contacting mclean plumbing and both greg and brian were courteous and professional. my leak started over the weekend and greg was not available on saturday, but fit me in on monday. he found the leak that was from a pipe that required cutting into the drywall for access and needed a part to complete the project, so we planned for completion of the project on tuesday. on tuesday, brian came out and completed the work. they both did a great job and I feel like they dealt with me honestly and fairly. i plan to use mclean when I have my water heater replaced.

Greg was going out of town the day he agreed to replace my water heater. I very much appreciated that he fit me in despite his trip. I live in an historic home with difficult access to the water heater. He and his assistant dealt with the challenges in a professional manner.

Brian came out and qquickly stopped the outside leaking faucet (in February) by installing a shut off valve in the basement. His work was so quick and accurate, I called him back a second time to fix another problem. Good, price competitive, accurate work. Thanks

I needed a new hot water heater installed and McLean Plumbing were the ones I chose. They were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and there was no mess left behind. I will definitely recommend them to others and they will be my first choice for all of my plumbing needs.

I got a call from Greg McLean within 15 minutes of making the request. After speaking with him briefly, I did some checking on the web for water heater prices and called him back shortly after. He was available to come out the next morning to install my water heater and having him pick up the new and remove the old one was no problem. McLean Plumbing was very responsive and was flexible when we had an issue getting the correct unit the day of the installation. The install was done very quickly and professionally.
