Project: Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition
the final check was given to mr mckinney on april 30 for the plumbing job that was asked for. nearly 5000.00 in labor and materials for this job and we are still waiting on mckinney plumbing to set up and complete the inspection for the on demand gas water heater. After repeated callings on OUR part with zero follow up from mckinney plumbing, we are still without an inspection on the gas water heater job. Mr. Mckinney was paid in full for his work but we are still in limbo with the inspection. Like all contract jobs they start out great and this one was no exception...however completion has been severely lagging and the follow up is worse .

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
I contacted Mr. McKinney from out of state to install a new tankless hot water heater for my mother. After repeated headaches with the manufacturer, Mr. McKinney was able to get the hot water heater installed. My mother and I both found Mr. McKinney to be very personable, polite and professional. He was prompt to return phone calls and true to his word. I would definitely recommend Mr. McKinney.

Wayne responded quickly to my initial request, provided me with a temporary fix suggestion over the phone, had the lowest bid and completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Wayne for both small and large plumbing jobs.
