Got to us fast when we needed him and report given to us fast. Be aware that he does charge by the hour and that includes his travel time as well.

I was very pleased at first with his response time and with his quote. However, when the actual invoice I was shocked. He had quoted me $350 for the inspection and the written report. The invoice came and the actual charge was over $1100. He came out inspected and it was determined that he would have to come back and install a gauge to measure the brick separation because he didn't have any with him. Then he came back to get the measurement and charged me again for both trips which I was not told it would be an addition approximate $300 per trip charge. So I called him and reminded him of his quote and told him I was totally shocked.

In my defense, I never remember quoting three hundred and fifty dollars. I did quote that the bill would be a few hundred dollars. It wound up costing more than I expected. When the customer stated that I gave her an estimate of $350, I told her to just pay the amount that she said I quoted. I did not have any crack monitors with me at the time and crack monitors are not something that is used on a weekly or monthly basis.

Quick reply. Made site visit on his own to our remote property. Charged a fee that was within what was estimated. Provided comprehensive report and gave options for solutions.
