Tom called in response to my Servicemagic inquiry almost before I signed off my computer. He arrived when he said he would. Did exactly what I requested. Took time to discuss future projects. Presented knowledgeable options for efficiently and safely complete those projects. Gave a verbal quote on the spot of labor rate per hour plus parts. He is exactly what I was looking for. Not a lot of talk and show. Just came, did the job, was pleasant and easy to work with. Overall a good experience. I will be calling him for my future projects.
