the plumber did the work without giving me an estimate first. Not sure he replace anything. I had to call repairman back for the same problem and did not like his attitudeand the problem is still not fixed. Out of $175.00 and my sink still leaks..unless your are strong enough to turn it off really tight. I wii not do business with this company again but will seek someone else to repair or replace my leaky sink.

They did not show up in the scheduled window, but they did eventually call and give kind of a vague reassurance. CHANGED THE PRICE FROM THE QUOTE - ADDED $50 FOR ACCESSORIES THAT I HAD ALREADY ASKED ABOUT IN INITIAL CONSULTATION. THIS WAS VERY VERY UPSETTING.

Could not get them to come back and finish the work, although they were very friendly. I could also not get them to collect money owed to them. They need a new office manager, after four attempts. I stopped calling them.

They called me right away and set up and appointment. They gave a follow up call on the day of the apointment to keep me informed. The plumber was prompt, personable and very knowlagable. He fixed my problem quickly and with out a big mess, he even pet my dog ;)

OUTSANDING! Water heater broke after 8pm and by 9pm Mckenzie had already showed up and fixed the element. He was so nice and even gave me a military discount. My husband was out of town and he even showed me how to check things out on the hot water heater by myself.

Very friendly staff. All employees that I interacted with were personable and polite, to include Mr.McKenzie, himself. Almost immediate response to any inquiries I had. Showed up on-time, ready to do the job, and completed the work quickly. No "standing around, doing nothing" for this crew! Good value for the money spent. I'm very pleased with the work.
