did everything possible to make sure we were happy and completed the job as promised on time... they also made sure all the little things where done properly.... Did an absolute wonderful job!

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
I had McGuire flooring install our laminate flooring about 9 months ago. Trim was also done, and one part of it was not laying down completely. I called the owner, Jason, and he said that when they had time, it would be fixed. Never heard back from him. Now the floor is "buckling" in that spot and I called him again. He came over to look at it, and said he would research it and get back to us. He didn't, so I called him and he said he would call me back soon. That was over a month ago. The floor might just need to be trimmed a little where it is "buckling", but he doesn't take the time to call back or fix problems when they happen!

I needed carpeting on my stairs and even though it was a very small job, Jason was very timely, compentent and courteous. He provided suggestions and options with regard to the type of carpet that would be best for my needs and he answered all my questions. He was able to install the carpet quickly and did an outstanding job. I would definately hire him again.
