Project: Inspect a Home
Steve offered by far the best price I could find for an inspection on my town house. I only had two issues - he wrote that my water heater was gas, while in actuality it is electric and he thought my roof was covered by HOA, while in fact it is the owner's responsibility. Besides those two slip-ups, his inspection was thorough and accurate. Thanks!

Thanks for the comments that were sent through service magic, any kind words are very much appreciated. As far as the two issues you explained, the water heater is operated by gas (not electric).Typically on most townhouses the roof covering is owned by property management.

Steve arrived on time and worked for several hours (10-2). His rate was beyond reasonable and he detailed items that were difficult to find. He turned around his report the next day. We called him at the last minute to set this up and he was able to accomodate that as well. I have already referred him to someone else.

briefing was supposed to be at three o'clock and by the time agreed he had not been done yet. I had to wait for him to finish the inspection about 30 minutes. Other than that; it was a good experience
