They were professional, clean and very thorough, explaining in detail what needed to be done and what the approximate time and charges would be. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their repair and the drains are working better then they ever have.

The family came in and handled the job efficiently. They even cleaned up after themselves, and they were very friendly. I am highly recommending this company to everyone in need of a plumber, and I plan to continue using them!

We had an upstairs bathroom leak. The leak had caused a portion of the downstairs bathroom ceiling to get wet and starting hanging lower. I called a couple of contractors and McCullough was the first to say they could come take a look. The problem ended up being some grout missing and not the plumbing. He resealed some of the obvious cracks and the leak stopped - so far. I had them bid on some additional work and their bid was the highest. To their credit, they seemed to be more knowelegeable than the others that bid, but their bid was considerably higher.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
On time, on budget, cleaned up behind themselves, offered options/solutions with different associated costs. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. It is "family owned, operated, and managed, with excellent support staff". They have a vested interest in completing the project, on time, in budget, and successfully -- since their name is on the line. I would use them again, without hesitancy.
