Came out the same day I contacted Service Magic. Contractor was to repair chandelier my son had installed incorrectly. He installed but said my son had cut wire too short and chandelier needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Contractor reinstalled at no additional charge.

Excellent job and service!! On his first visit to our home, he inspected our bathroom plumbing. We also needed our clothes dryer repaired which he fixed the same day. He came the following week and completed everything as planned and his fees were reasonable in comparison to other contractors we were considering. I would definitely hire his company for any future projects.

At first I thought T McCall was a professional business. The quote was stated and the work was supposed to take three to five days to complete. The owner stated he would do the work and brought others in to complete the work. The work took over a month to complete and it was done improperly which made them come back out and repair the already supposely project. The tile job was messing and done unprofessionally and they broke the glass on the shower door which delayed it further. Bad communication and shotly work.

My call was answered immediatey -- inspite of the inclement snowy weather and being in the evening, he came to my residence and with professionalism, he resolved my immediate need. I still need additional electrical work and will call them for that work...Thumbs up!
