Excellant service. They did a great job replacing my windows and fixing my door. My kitchen is much warmer now as promised by Michael. Definately will use him again and will recommend him to everyone.

It's Funny, we went to give an estimate on a door and discovered we could just fix the door for a low cost. Homeowner then was asking about our window prices. We were able to install 4 new windows at about half the cost of what A competitor recently charged her within the last year.

They did a good job. I was happy with the professionalism of the company.

Michael has great follow-through and is prompt and proactive. He explains things well and has good ideas. We are happy with our door installation. The only thing I would change is to have had the new lock keyed to our old door keys so we would not have had to get new keys made. We have had problems with the key makers in that most keys we have brought home do not work.

After completing a Door Install for this customer, we were hired for a Complete Window & Sliding glass door job for them at their cottage home on the lake.

I would highly recommend McAfee's remodeling. His professional approach is something you don't often see in this day and age. Mike and crew were a pleasure to do business with.

Mike came the day after my call. He quickly assessed the problem.His rate book said the job would cost $200. If the problem was not resolved he would to get it right. The repair actually took a little caulk applied in about 10 minutes. When we went to settle up he said it would cost $250 minue Service Magic 10% off, so a total of $225. He said $200 was for a single visit and $250 was for repeat visits. On the third visit if the problem was still persisting he would recommend a more comprehensive repair. Mike was not completely clear about the price up front. I felt I had been roped in and paid too much for such a minor repair.

Here is a customer that doesn't understand what everyone else understands. I have never had an issue with our rates or how we do business. I think the remaining reviews can vouch for our level of professionalism. I have been trying to rectify this situation for a week. I think it's important for a customer to understand that in todays insurance world a roofer cannot step on your roof for less than 250.00 with all the liability involved and cost of business. One thing to add, we may not be the right contractor for every customer, but one thing is true we do stand behind our work.

Very prompt; showed up to both the estimate and subsequent work right on time. Did the requested work quickly (a simple roof repair) and fixed a couple things he found while he was up there. Price was extremely reasonable and covered a package of shingles to be used again for future work. Very favorably impressed; would definitely use him again and recommend him to my neighbors.
