Mxtor was a pleasure to work with on replacing our old fence with a new vinyl one. They submitted a bid when they said they would (at 40% less than the closes bidder), showed up when they said would, drove two hours to Richmond to pick up the new fencing when the local distributor said it had not yet arrived, and finished a high quality job on the same day as promised. My wife and I were very pleased with Maxtor and would recommend them to others for this kind of job.

Maxtor worked around frequent rain to powerwash and stain the deck. They painted on the stain with a brush; others use a sprayer, which isn't as effective. They were more expensive than other estimates, but they also were the only ones who noticed that we had boards that were warped and needed to be nailed back down. I'd seek a bid from them again when it's time to stain the deck in a couple of years.

Miguel and his team were very responsive. They quickly provided the estimate to clean and seal the outdoor balcony wood floor and did the work as agreed. The balcony wood floor looks great!
