Not dependable. Supposed to show up on one day of the week and changed to another and didn't let me know, consequently if gate was locked they did not ring doorbell, just left note on door that gate was locked and left. Came to clean pool without vacuum and pool was left dirty. When asked them to change back to the day of the week that they started on have been given lame excuses. So am thinking of changing to another service.

We notified the customer that we would have to treat the pool several times that week because it was green. The customer said they would leave the gate open that week however when we got to the house the gate was locked. The following week when the pool cleared up, we scheduled the weekly cleaning for Mondays.

They started on June 17. They are trying to do a good job cleaning algae and maintain the pool . It is too early to rate them. Over all, tech Jason and owner Arif appear to be responsible people that you can place your trust on.

Arif is very professional and he takes his job seriously. I appreciate the fact that he makes sure everything is in good working order on a weekly basis. My pool always looks beautiful!
