Communication was poor.  I was the one who called for appointments and to find out if the windows were in yet.  The contractor was suppose to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00.  He called at 7:00 and said he had just gotten his trailor, had to pick up the windows and other supplies and would likely be at least an hour.  I finally called him at 9:30 and he said the person at the window place had a hard time finding my windows, hence the delay.  But I had to call him to get this info.  He finally showed up at 10:00 and took lunch 2 hours later.  He did not clean up his mess when he was finished and there was dust and wood all over.
