Nels was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair our carpet in a cost effective manner. He even did the repair on the same visit of assessing and quoting the project. Just days after his work I gave given personal recommendations to family and friends. When a service provider says "This is what I would do if this was in MY house" it shows the level if dedication to doing the job right and to the quality deserved.

Nels was on time, friendly, and skilled. I was skeptical when I saw only 5-star ratings. But now I know why! He not only repaired the disaster we called him out for, but repaired FIVE other damaged spots for free!
