Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
I had Rick expand my driveway and install a dog run on the side of my house. He did a great job. On the dog run, He did all the expansion joints and sloped it away from the house which is important. Surface is even and there are no discolorations. On the driveway, mine has a pretty good slope to it. Rick widened it on both sides. When he was finished, I compared his job to the other jobs in the neighborhood. His was superior. It matched the contour of the existing slope angles, surface finish (brushed) and expansion joints. He stayed late into the evening for the right time to do the finish. Didnt try to rush. I'll use him again.

Project: Repair or Resurface Concrete Driveways, Patios, Walks & Floors
Rick responded very quickly to my online request and was able to come out the next week. The project was a cleaning and resealing of an existing stamped concrete patio. It really does look nice. Only down side was some sealer that spattered on a glass door. Price of $550 seemed a bit high, but I would use him again.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
Rickey Matlock was professional and cordial. It was not difficult to relay to him what sort of concrete we needed done. He was very helpful in assisting us to obtain a 2nd permit that we didn't know we were supposed to have. Rickey and his team arrived on time, finished the project as planned, and took care to address the requirements set forth by the city at the time of inspection. The crew kept the work area clean at all times. Passed final city inspection and the area looks great and a lot more presentable. We would most definitely recommend Matlock's and will call them again for any other concrete projects.

Rick was very good to deal with. He was prompt in his responses and did excellent work. He was also very flexible about changes that occured in the scope of the work. He was extremely reasonable with respect to cost.
