It's been awhile since I had my air conditioner serviced but I have not had any problems since the repair was done. They came out within a day, fixed the leak and refilled the freon. Saved us from the hot summer sun. Great Job!

Well thought out, showed up on time, finished in one day. Did not have permits as required by proposal so I am holding back 20% until inspector approval.

On time, completed as requested, and cleaned up after installation. Through no fault of their own, one of the angle pipes was manufactured with a tiny flaw. When I discovered it, one man returned and fixed it promptly. Overal very satisfied with my new furnace and its installation.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
I had a very simple job, replacement of a Hot Surface Ignitor. Matlock Heating and Cooling was extremely professional and completed the job quickly. I was impressed enough to ask them to accomplish another project for me, level my AC unit in the backyard and that project was done promptly (within a few days) at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the results. Good job!

Had them install a 95% furnace, humidifier and A/C coil on 4/2/09. From estimate to install everything went smooth. All work discussed was completed in just under 1 full day, then they assisted in adding return vents the next day, to allow the new furnace to work at full strength. Only issue might have been the long delay in getting a receipt and cashing the check. Otherwise very highly recommended, professional crew that completed the install.

Matlock did a great job. We got a furnance and AC for a great price. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. We had a great experience with Matlock and will recommend them to all our friends!

Friendly and came on time. Unit is working now, but if it seems to not be again they'll come out again for free-1 year warranty on all labor. Pricing seemed fair.
