I think one of the best things about Matt was the level of customer service. He responded quickly to calls or emails and shows up when he says he will. He also did not rush my decision on the boiler. The other thing I liked was that everybody recommended to replace the boiler with baseboard heating. At first, Matt did too, but upon further thought, he recommended I stick with a boiler and replace the radiator in the kitchen with baseboard heating as he thought I might have problem with pipes freezing if I converted over totally to baseboard heat. It meant a lot that he thought about what was best for my specific house.

Matt installed a new high efficiency boiler and indirect hot water heater. He always came on time, worked hard to complete the project quickly, cleaned up when he finished, and the new system looks and works incredibly well. Project cost was very competitive. Would recommend Matt to anyone with this or any other type of plumbing project.
