Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
This review is completed a year after installation. For the most part the installation was completed in timely and clean matter. Since this a basement install, the edge floor board was glued down. I felt it should have been leveled via shims before gluing it down...by not being level it is now starting to crack.

Ken came on time and did an amazing job in putting our flooring together. We could have used a heads-up on certain pre-reqs, Ken made up for it by re-scheduling within a few days instead of waiting for another few weeks. The perfection Ken brought to the job is remarkable. if you are reading this review you ought to ask Ken for a free estimate, and please don't waste your time by calling Sears or any other branded company. Sears and them folks charge you nearly 5 times what Ken charges and have zero (most of the time) customer follow-up. Ken Thanks once again!
