She was on time and very knowledgeable about her profession.  I have hired them to replace the damper and clean up the fireplace.  They are also going to upgrade the look of my fireplace with paint, new rocks and layout.  I look forward to seeing the finished product.

I paid $375 to have the wood trim on my chimney caulked to stop a water leak.  The water continued coming into my home, and today I'm paying to have the job done right.  Today's roofers pulled the 'caulked trim' off - exposing the many gaps missed by Masters, and they are replacing the rotted wood trim and properlly caulking to stop the water leaking into my home.  The worker sent by Masters was friendly and arrived when he said he would, I just wish he'd have done a better job.  I want my money back.
