Mastercraft is a flooring installation company. We are all about helping you find the best flooring for your needs and giving you the best installation possible. Since installation is our focus, we won't be pushing you to buy specific products, but rather the best flooring for your situation . We have literally hundreds of happy customers in the Dayton and Cincinnati area. We install Hardwood, Laminate, Ceramic tile, Marble, Vct etc. We want to install yours!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Overall job was completed on time and very professional. The only negative is close to all walls the flooring was cut leaving room for the molding. However the opening was so large in some areas that I had to cut additional flooring and put into groove to raise floor to level to take the molding. When I completed the new molding and 1/4 round, the finished job looks great. I would probably use them again, however would oversee the job closer.

Thanks for the overall good feedback. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if anything isn't quite right we're always glad to come and fix it if we can. If we had been contacted about this we would have responded quickly, you just have to let us know about it. Sometimes if a customer wants to cut costs by installing the trim themselves it can create problems...Enjoy your new floor!

The floors turned out very very nice. The contractor was very polite and careful. He came when he said he was going to and finished when he said he would. He was missing one piece to finish, but he kept in touch on the status of this and when it came in, he came back and finished the job totally. Very pleased with the work. Great Job!
