10 STAR POOL COMPANY, Serious they showed up on time and few min early. Nilson the owner was NICE respectful and did everything as promised, his staff showed up the flowing week and did the same. This company has a nice web sight that makes payments so easy and they also take online bill payments. My neighbor hired Master Touch TOO. Nilson thanks so much !!!

i have had 2 prior services who were terrible..lazy and inept..master touch is the best service i have had service my pool since i moved here in 1992..i applaud their service as outstanding..and their communication with me personaly excellent..thank you for your web information.. they are true professionals.

I had a terrible algae problem that my former pool maintenance tech could not correct. Nilson came by within an hour after contacting him. He knew exactly how to correct the problem. The very next day I had very blue water again. After some fine tuning, my pool is crystal clear. Nilson is like a magician with swimming pools. Nelson came out and quoted - immediately pointed out things that others had missed. I had already retained services from Nick Felicione pools (who by the way I fired after one service - would NEVER recommend the company - you can never get hold of them- and when you do - they are beyond rude - they do not clean the pool properly and they did a haf (*&^ job on repair of my pool light) I gave nelson a call he came out quick smart - not only RECLEANED the dirty pool that Nick Felicione CLAIMED to have done the day before AND charged me for - but he also saw to the correct repair of the light AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
