They took a restoration job with many variables and complexities and provided a plan and budget they met my expectations. However, the completed job far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Master Painting Unlimited to anyone who is looking simply to paint a room, house, or an entire restorations including flooring, repairs, or anything that the situation requires.

Terry Boyd did an excellent job of dry walling and painting a a prime coat on my basement project. He was professional, timely and made my dry walling mistakes invisible in the final completed project. I look forward to hiring Terry again on my next project!

Project: Repair Plaster
I hired Terry to repair some damage in my plaster, and wound up having him to do a whole lot more, including painting, replacing a wall, and trim and door installation. He does wonderful work, It is impossible to tell where he repaired the plaster. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and would hire him again.

They did a very good job. The communication was excellent and I was impressed with their professionalism. I trusted them and their work, which is difficult to find sometimes with contractors. There were a couple touch-up points that could have been better, but overall a job well done at a fair price.

Project: Install Drywall
Terry is skilled!! My project required drywall work and Terry educated my why he uses materials that cost a little more, the results are terrific. Terry did such a great job that I had him do even more work some involving intricate finish carpentry (restoring 1916 Bungalow). Terry would call in highly skilled partners for some other projects I had...And there were a bunch. Basically he ended up being my General Contractor for this rehab. Having worked with many contractors, I highly recommend working with Terry. He is by far the best value out there. There are some that will quote a cheaper price..but will the show up? Do they use high quality materials so there are no future problems in 2 - 5 years? Terry is on the job site doing the work himself or supervising Oh and Terry stuck to the prices he quoted. The only time there was a difference in my case is because I kept throwing more projects at him. I think he is listed as a painter, its funny but he did so much other work in addition to painting that I think he should also be listed as a general contractor.

Project: Install Drywall
This work included removing walls down to the studs;new walls and ceiling were installed along with wainscoting and trim.so was more then just a fix up job. I was pleased with the outcome and would concider this Terry for future work.

As a whole they did a very nice job. Several nail pops/patches were missed, but Terry Boyd was always accommodating and came back to fix it.
