Inspector Scott unearthed some things that pretty much saved my husband and I from buying a money pit/death trap! The inspection report was complete in less than a day, and extremely thorough. Since his findings led us to break the deal on our purchase offer, our house hunt is back on, and we'll be hiring him again when we find a new property!

He saved us from buying a money pit. There were many costs and repairs that we were unaware of. It was a great learning experience. Now we know how to look more thoroughly when we are ready to make our home purchase.

Scott Burch was excellent. He took his time and was incredibly thorough. He took the time to answer every question we had and to explain everything that we didn't understand.he saved us frome buying a home that would have caused us much grief down the road. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again when I need another home inspection. Excellent, reasonably priced, and he also had a fully detailed report for us so quickly. I can't say enough good things about Master Home Inspectors.

This was a fantastic home inspection. I was scared and unsure of who to hire. I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend Master Home Inspectors. In fact, they saved me from buying a "money pit" and I WILL be calling him again for the next inspection. The price was VERY reasonable and the quality and service was fantastic.Even my realtor was impressed. A+++

I was absolutely impressed with the service provided by MHI. The quote was fair, the inspection was thorough and the report was timely and detailed. Because of the information I received from MHI, I was able to avoid a $60-K mistake.
