Product quality is good. MasterCraft abandoned project and hired another company without permission. Fortunately the second company was professional. I still had to deal with MasterCraft. My credit card was charged for work which had not been done. Also, had to wait several weeks between cabinet refacing and countertops. Did not provide much advice for buying sink, tile square feet, need to buy grout, whether or not faucet would fit etc. Had to figure all of these things out myself.

These guys were very professional from start to finish. The rep Steve who came out initially was very knowledgable about what I wanted and gave me a great overall deal on the project. The workers were respectful and conscientious about everything they did and completed my project in a timely manner; and I could'nt be happier with my new cabinets and counters. Highly recommended.

The cabinet refacing project was such a transformation from our 20 year old cabinets. To see the kitchen now it's absolutely amazing. Our sales person Steve was great he helped guide us with all the options he suggested a cherry door with glazing it matches our new floor perfectly. The installers were a pleasure to work with as well as doing a good job they took the time to clean up after each day . We are looking forward to have Mastercraft come back again this summer to finish our bath and hall cabinets. Sincerely K Chamong

Beautiful kitchen! Easy to work with. Walked us through the design. Very impressed with the attention to all our questions we had by the owner. Hoping to do our master bathroom with this company in the next year.

This would have been a good experience if it was followed through to the end of the project. I understood that the company was haveing some financial issues. My project was never completed by Mastercraft. I had to hire a general contractor to finish. I submitted a small bill to Mastercraft and was never paid or contacted. I would have used them again if they had folllowed thru.

He did finish the work but it took 5 times longer than what he forecasted. Poor translation from the salesperson to the project manager. Some of his subcontractors left the job due to disputes with the owner. The owner did stay in the project to make sure that the project was completed and the subcontractors he hired did quality work.

Had to call this pro multiple times just to get the project started. Signed the contract in late Aug. 2010 and project didn't start till Feb. 2011. There were multiple stops due to inferior products being installed. It is now Oct. 2011 and the project is still unfinished. Our problem was we paid him in full with the promise they would come back to install shelves and finish the corner unit. Ken Small makes promises and never follows through. Never, never hire this company. The worker bees were excellent workers.

very very bad experience. I think they r not professional company. we signed a contract n june 21, 2010 but they start n oct 1st week. marketing guy promise (verbal), will start wth n 1month. & wl finish max 3weeks. already finish 1.5months aftr start job not done... I think it will take 2-3 weeks more... they used very low quality materials, 2-3 times send defferent materials. (bad co-ordination). already winter start,. v living n car garage with 1yr old baby.

The Josephs Unfortunately were upset with us from their own doing.They changed their mind on project details in the middle of project and caused the delays themselves. The project was stopped half way through for a month because of permit delays caused by an improper installation of a sliding door by the customer before our project.The Josephs were the hardest customers to deal with in the last 5 years. WE didnt walk from the job and we finished everything perfectly. The kitchen is beautifull.All material was the highest quality in the Industry. We did the best we could in a impossible situation.

only for large jobs over $3000.. They do not just do a few cabinets. did not take job to small.

The project turned out to be outstanding. the quality of the materials and the work of the intalllers was truely an experience I would certainly recommend for those considering refacing their kitchen cabinets.
