Project: Repair or Service an Appliance
Requested rplace gas oven igniter. Tech arrived and tapped on the rail with a screw driver and the oven lit. The service bill was paid. Within a week the oven would not ignite. Called Mass Appliance explained really received nothing for the service call paid for. Said they would call me back. Never received a call. Had to pay another company to replace igniter as originall requested.

we came out to fix stove we new the ingnator had to be replaced custermer didn,t want it done at time because it lit.I diddnt get the call,or I would have go to fix it.any problim call me.thank you

Mark is very professional and knowledgeable. He called me within minutes of my placing the request with ServiceMagic, came by within two hours, as agreed, and, after having taken apart the clothes dryer, showed me all the places where it needed fixing, clearly explaining that it was not in my interest to have it fixed, when the cost of repairs was almost equivalent to buying a new dryer. Will definitely hire again.

Quick response after 1st call and initial visit for dishwasher. Problem not found, but said to call again if problem continued. Have had no response after TWO (2) follow up calls.

Initially we thought the repairman did a great job, showed up on time and was quick with installing a new part. However, the part did not fix the problem on our dishwasher. We called the repairman back and he stated he would order another part that he thought would fix the problem and he would call us back. The repairman did not call us back. Since we were selling our home and had a tight window to vacate the home and fix the appliance before closing we were nervous. My husband and I both called the repairman and explained our situation. He never called so we hired another company and they repaired in two days.

After not being able to locate part I Mark owner of Mass Appliance went out and bought a new stove for her to use while we located part and brought it to her so her Christmas wouldn't be ruined customer used stove for 4 months and were refunding money to them as well

I got a call back about 10 minutes after I sent the on-line request for an estimate ON A SUNDAY NIGHT! He told me the charge for a service call up front ($69 which was slightly less than others advertised) and asked me about how the refrigerator was malfunctioning. He was able to come early the next morning; he was running slightly late and called from the road to alert me. He had the part in stock, unloaded and reloaded the refrigerator, and did the repair rapidly. He was courteous, professional and explained to me what was malfunctioning. Will definitely use him again.
