Mass 21 made great efforts to accomodate us by sending a contractor out to evaluate our project the same night we made our ServiceMagic request.  Thanks to this, we were able to begin work on our job immediately.  The job was done in a timely manner considering the complicated task.  The area was left a bit messy and we had to patch the holes ourselves, but it was great to have the job completed in one day.

I had them build me a computer from parts that I supplied, including both a DVD ROM drive and a DVD writer. Some of the parts were already installed. They removed the DVD-ROM drive and installed the DVD writer in its place. There is no reason why you can't have both. I had to reinstall the DVD-ROM drive myself. <br /> <br />In addition, the motherboard supports dual-channel memory. I supplied the necessary memory modules but they installed them incorrectly. The system booted in single-channel mode instead,which results in slower performance. <br /> <br />On the positive side, their service was very good and the owner seems very knowledgeable.
