The house we are purchasing is fairly new but we had concerns about a possible leak (visible dry stain on the ceiling) that was not properly assessed. I am still uneasy about that discovery.

Mr Anderson was very professional, he inspected the roof told me of his fingings gave me the report I paid him and he left. The was a painless progress. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
